Hello Darren,
This generally happens when someone deletes the user account from the ‘users’. A user has stored on your database, which needs to be cleaned. You can simply deactivate WPERP and run this cleaner-> https://github.com/wp-erp/erp-cleaner
Or contact our support center directly. Our support team will clean the database for you.
Thanks
January 17, 2020 at 9:16 am in reply to: How can I make the “Add New Deal” box work just like Pipedrive’s? #64150Mehedi HasanMemberHello,
If you have the company and contact created, you can choose them while creating the deal. However, we are not offering to create a contact on the deal creating page(on page) due to some limitations. We are not going to consider it soon though.
To create a deal, you need to have the contact and company created first.
Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Justin,
I’m afraid that the leaves are based on the Calendar year, not the Employee hiring date based.
Thanks
January 13, 2020 at 3:25 pm in reply to: Fatal Error: Table ‘wp_erp_crm_customer_activities’ doesn’t exist #63235Mehedi HasanMemberAlso, try activating WPERP after deactivating it once. If it doesn’t help anyway, contact our support center directly.
January 13, 2020 at 3:23 pm in reply to: Fatal Error: Table ‘wp_erp_crm_customer_activities’ doesn’t exist #63234Mehedi HasanMemberHello Frank,
It seems a conflicting issue with any other theme or plugin. Can you please try after deactivating other plugins temporarily and switching to a default theme?
Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberWhat you actually refered by the 7th line, @Shawn? Can you please share a screenshot?
Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Shawn,
Part-1:
I’m afraid that this is not happening here. As I just checked, the Company can be updated smoothly with all of its details. Maybe you are facing the problem which is causing by something else or something?Part-2:
Fixed already and pinned to ship with the next release. Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Shawn,
Yes, you are correct. We need to remove them and we’ll do it in our next update 🙂
Thanks for noticing and letting us know.
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Shawn,
I’m sorry but I did not get your query. Can you explain a bit more in preciously?
Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Monters,
As I just checked now, the postcode and Favicon in HR Frontend are working fine. The test was done in 3 different environments. So, it seems you are facing the problem specifically on your site. Not sure why but you can contact our support center for further help on this. I just saved the company with postal code: https://prnt.sc/qj66of
I’m adding the columns sorting and to have a backend link feature request on our log. However, we made the document manage compatible with HR Frontend which will be released very soon 🙂
Umm, would you please let me know in detail about the Additional Pages in the frontend? What kind of pages and what will be the purpose of it?
Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Justin,
Yes, you can do the reverse as well. Say, you have a user with the email [email protected]. Now, if you try to create a new employee with the same email, it’ll automatically suggest importing the user into Employee.
Also, you can navigate to wp-admin->users->edit the user->Change the user role as Employee: https://prnt.sc/qh1eux
I hope this helps 🙂
Mehedi HasanMemberHello BassemKotb,
You can change it from: ……../wp-erp/modules/crm/views/js-templates/new-customer.php; line number: 42. The ‘erp_crm_custom_attr_length’ is set to 30, change it as per your needs.
Thanks
Mehedi HasanMemberHello Chrysalte,
This is wired! I don’t see any reason behind this unless you are having any other issue on your site. Have you checked conflict on your site by deactivating the other plugins/themes?
Thanks
December 23, 2019 at 9:52 am in reply to: Contact created by one employee is not visble to other employee. #60360Mehedi HasanMemberHello,
It’s not the Employee actually, Agent. CRM agents have access to the contact, Employee doesn’t have.
Let me describe how CRM contacts work:
-> Contacts can be seen by the contacts owners only, if you are an Agent. An agent can not see other agent’s contacts.
-> Manager can see all. All the contacts event if it owns by other agents as Manager has all the rights to see all.So, please make sure you do not have an agent role, rather, you have a CRM manager role from your user profile. Reference screenshot: https://prnt.sc/onr99a
I hope this helps 🙂
Mehedi HasanMemberHello,
I’m sorry but is the query about WPERP or it’s about the Netsuite? I’m a bit confused!
Thanks
