Dear pedraohenrique,
WP ERP is basically for managing companies.
But if you want then you might use it for backend inventory management via WP ERP.
You will also be required to have a frontend for listing your apartments which WP ERP is unable to provide you with.
I hope this will help you out
Thank you.

I have tried to reproduce the issue you are facing but didn’t face the issues that you have mentioned. Possible cause might be because you are having an internal conflict.
So, I need to investigate to provide a solution for this.

rafinParticipantDear Hakkan,
Since “System Accounts” are globally used Accounting terms, they are not translatable.
We don’t recommend you modifying this from the code.
But you can do this following:
You will need to do a fresh WordPress installation on your site and then go to your cpanel and in your database file you will have to modify the “wp_erp_ac_chart_types” table
Here’s the location of the file that you also need to modify: modules\accounting\includes class-install.php
I hope this will help you out.
Thank you.
July 24, 2018 at 8:50 am in reply to: Can I install essential package of CRM installation on unlimited subdomains ? #19581rafinParticipantDear johnmax,
You will need to activate WP ERP every time for each subdomain of your site.
So, a single license for WP ERP add-ons will not work for all the subdomains of your site.
You can use one ERP installation on 1 database. That means one WordPress installation can have only one ERP activation. You can definitely install and activate the plugin on a single subsite of a network installation. But WP ERP cannot be used across multiple subsites of a network installation.
I hope this helps you out.
Thank you.
rafinParticipantDear johnmax,
CRM has the SMS Notification add-on.
You can check our documentation regarding this: https://wperp.com/docs/crm-add-ons/sms-notification/
Regarding voicemail options, we currently don’t have that feature.
Thank you.
rafinParticipantDear bradj,
The issue has been resolved in our developing version of WP ERP.
We will update WP ERP with new features and few fixes. That’s why it’s going to take a bit time.
So, if it’s urgent for you, you can just create a support ticket through this link: https://wperp.com/discussions/ We will then provide you the fixed version.
Otherwise please be patient for the update.
Thank you.
rafinParticipantHello Michel,
Contact Groups allow you to send emails, SMS, or schedule calls and meetings with multiple people together who fall under the same category.
For example, you want to schedule a meeting with all business partners with whom you have partnered in the past 6 months. Or you want to send a system update email to all your customers of your every product who have been using the product for the past 1 year.
You can bulk email the Contact Groups through our “Email Campaign” Add-on.
Here’s the documentation of “Email Campaign” add-on:
https://wperp.com/docs/crm-add-ons/email-campaign/Regarding exporting Contact Groups, you can only export Contacts/Companies/Employee through this:
wp-admin -> ERP Settings -> Tools -> Export.Here’s the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/k6kyu0
Hope this will help you out.
Thank you.
rafinParticipantHello Jazib Zaman,
Please create a support ticket through this link: https://wperp.com/contact/
Thank you.
rafinParticipantHello dimgeorge,
You can do this through “Journal Entry”.
To create a “Journal Entry” you have to navigate to wp-admin → accounting → journal entry. Then click on “New Entry”.
Select the “Account” and add as many lines as necessary.
You can also add description and summary for referencing.
Make sure to balance the debit and credit amount.
You can also check out this doc: https://wperp.com/docs/accounting/journal-entry/creating-a-journal-entry/
Thank you.
rafinParticipantHello Jazib,
Can you please tell me which version of HR Frontend you are currently using? If it’s not the latest version (2.0.0), then please update it and then let me know.
If it is the latest version then I need to check through a support ticket which you can create through this link: https://wperp.com/contact/
Thank you.
rafinParticipantHello Jazib,
To change the logo of HR Frontend: Navigate to wp-admin -> ERP Settings -> Settings -> HR.
Select the “HR Frontend” tab and then in the “HR Dashboard Logo” option, you would be able to change/upload a logo for the HR Frontend.
Thank you.
