  Hi, I just want to know that Does CRM has sms,voicemail followups functionality? So that I can follow my customers with sms and voicemails campaigns?

  CRM has the SMS Notification add-on.
  
  You can check our documentation regarding this: https://wperp.com/docs/crm-add-ons/sms-notification/
  
  Regarding voicemail options, we currently don’t have that feature.
