What It Displays and How

The Activities section gives you a complete overview of all the information containing New Note, Email, Log Activity, Schedule, Tasks, SMS, Email Campaign.

You can view all the actions taken by your agents without needing to open each profile and you can also use a filter to narrow down your search results.

Go to WP Admin Dashboard → WP ERP →CRM→Activities. 

Upper Section

For a particular log, the upper section shows you who created the event and between which party is the event to be held. The clock icon on the right will show you when it was created.

Middle Section

The middle section shows you the subject and the time of the event and also the people involved. For scheduled emails, it will also show where it will be sent and from where.

Lower Section

The last section of a log views the body of the event.
