Actually, we are not facing any problem while adding new customer by using an existing email address. And if you are facing any problem while importing that is really unfortunate. At present, Workflow is not integrated fully with Project Manager. We are doing a heavy modification on WP Project Manager. So, we are waiting for this to finish and after that, weβll start integrating again.

Currently, it is not possible to do any changes by an employee after the submission of a request. But we will definitely try to add this feature in the future releases.
