We are almost done developing to bring the Document Manage in the HR Frontend and hoping to release it by the end of this month. However, as of now, it’s available on the backend only.

I’m afraid that the clients could not log in to the CRM system as they do not have that access. Only agents and managers can book a schedule with contacts/clients from their profile.

It happens when you have a customer in CRM or a user with the same email address. So, please make sure you do not have any other user/contact/company/customer with the same email address.

This is unexpected if this is not the same person with the same email address! If they are two different people with different email addresses but getting the file shared just because of the same ID in HR and CRM, then it’s a bug and we need to sort it out very soon.
We are always ready to provide immediate fixes for these kinds of problems. So, I’d recommend you contact us with the mode tails on it like if they are the same people with the same email ID or hence. You can fill this form-> wperp.com/contact/

All the default Employee registration form fields are available in the HR Frontend. I’m not sure which you meant specifically.
However, if you mean about the fields created with the custom field builder, that really won’t show on the frontend registration form as the custom field builder is for the backend form only.
