Frontend translation doesn't work

  I already downloaded the HR Frontend translation from here: https://wperp.com/translate/projects/hr-frontend/en/default/
  I renamed the file as hr-frontend-es.mo and .po and put them in the 3 folders:
  
  /wp-content/plugins/erp/i18n/languages
  /wp-content/languages/plugins
  /wp-content/plugins /erp-hr-frontend/languages
  
  and still not translated into Spanish. What I do?
