    Hello rjian,

If you have the SMTP connected, it should work without any problem. You can connect the SMTP by navigating to wperp->settings->emails->smtp.

    Thanks

    Hello @Gordian

An Employee can not have under multiple shifts. So, you need to change their shift every over 3 days- which is might not be convenient for you. In that case, no, it’s not possible to have this functionality under a single shift.

We are finding the opportunity if we can manage day-wise shift time, though it has technical limitations. We’ll try to bring that feature in the future.

    Thanks

    Hello

It doesn’t have any special requirements actually. You can use it on a server/hosting where WordPress installed and WordPress is running smoothly.

However, if you have a large number of users(CRM contacts or Employee or Customer), then you might need better disk space and a ram for processing.

    Thanks

I assume the IMAP or Gmail has not been connected properly or it’s missing. Please navigate to WP ERP->Settings->CRM->Emial Connection, and then connect either your Gamil or the IMAP to get the inbound email working.

    Thanks

    Hello,

At this moment, only admin gets the email notification when an employee applies for leave and they can approve/deny it. And it’s from the backend only.

However, we are working to bring the whole leave management in the frontend and also, multi-level leave approval will come in the near future.

    Thanks

Sharing documents with the Employee is the upcoming feature of the Document Manager extension.

    Hello Bob,

    For Example 01:
No, the won’t get the email. You need to have the campaign created first before adding the contact. If you have the contact already, that won’t get any campaign created later.

    For Example 2:
Same as the 1, Contacts need to be created later after the campaign created.

‘Pause’ explains this actually. It should not stop. If it doesn’t, then there might be something wrong which we need to figure out.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I’m afraid that the Performance of Employee is accessible by the HR Managers only. There is no other workout to make it available for the Employee at this moment.

    Thanks

Unfortunately no, it doesn’t manage the employee based on the locations. All of the Employee is being considered for the company and all the HR managers have access to this.

    Hello Ian,

Yes, I agree, this can be helpful for the multi-purpose sites as you had. Okay, I’ll discuss it again with the team if they agree to consider it 🙂

Thanks for the clear explanation, Ian. We do have some plan to enhance the Frontend, so yes, your valuable feedback will help us 🙂

You are right, Ian, we have not considered it. We had a discussion on this but all of our board was not agreed on this. Frontend is a totally different part than the backend and people are intended not to allow users seeing/accessing the backend. So, if we add a go-to backend button and if the Employee can go to the backend with that button, there is no reason to have a frontend then.

Frontend is to prevent the Employee to access the backend. I hope Raymond got your answer 🙂

    Thanks

    Hello Bob,

It shows 20 contacts on a page and you can select them bulk for this 20 only. No, WP ERP doesn’t offer any options to choose the display item numbers for contacts.

    Thanks

    Hello Mistige,

You are doing it wrong! it’s not your computer IP address, rather, it’s the network IP address that your Employees are connected.

    Thanks
