As respostas dos e-mails não estão chegando nas atividades dos contatos, e as configurações de POP3 e SMTP estão ok

I assume the IMAP or Gmail has not been connected properly or it’s missing. Please navigate to WP ERP->Settings->CRM->Emial Connection, and then connect either your Gamil or the IMAP to get the inbound email working.

Hello!
The IMAP settings were made correctly, the green “check” icon appeared. I am managing to send emails, just not receiving them. Thanks -

I can confirm that this is the issue. I sent request to the support team. They gave no reply till now.
Does anybody know what is happening with this plugin and/or this project?

I tested this plugin last December. The CRM module was of my special interest. Everything went so smoothly and correctly that I made a choice this plugin for future.
Last week I installed it for some practical purpose and found the problem described above.
It seems very strange. Now messages sent from CRM are in the “Activity” log but then they disappeared. Nobody receives them.
It looks like a very simple and slight malfunction.
I wonder when this problem will be solved.

Same problem
IMAP and SMTP are OK…. but Inbound Mail are not working…. :{
