Hello,
I have been facing a problem recently regarding the addition of shifts.
When I try to add a shift to some employees and hit save changes, it takes a long time for it to process.
Then, after finishing processing, I look at the employee’s name, and the shift is not added.
No matter how many times I repeat this, the shift is not added.
This only happens with some employees and not all.
Can anybody provide help with this problem?

I just checked. The problem seems to still persist.
However, when I tried using another PC to add the shifts, there were no issues and I was able to add the shifts.
It seems there is a problem with my PC.
Thank you for your help with solving the problem :).

Just hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) your browser and it will work on your PC too.
Thanks 🙂

I have the same issue. I used different computers but still can’t create a new shift.
Please help! Thanks!
