I have been looking at the demo and I was wondering why the Leads add-on does not update the contact info in the CRM module with the Leads data. When you look up a contact you will find no info that was made in Deals? I don’t understand why the info is kept separate.
If a employee A is a sales rep and logs an activity in Leads, how will employee see B who does not work with leads know a sales rep had an activity with a customer? When employee B logs a phone call, employee A can’t see that call in Leads?
