add shift and employee and attendance not working

again no answer after days of my mail, or answer with something that have nothing to do with what i asked, (Erika Wong)

both these buttons not working from different browsers, so if possible a fix would be appreciated or a refund for all the extensions I’ve bought, didn’t get them just because, if theres no support WHATS THE POINT ? buttons shows and do no action its like having a # link,

creating, importing or editing attendance and employees informations keeps loading but nothing, even after 20min

have 2admins with hr capabilities and one shows up in the attendance, the other is being in the list (2attended) but when you click theres only one in the list, no one answered me about this or the other stuffs as well
