Problem with Recruitement and Custom field plugin

The addons of HR are very unstable:

Recruitement traduction, i do the traduction but i dont find the correct name, normally it must be pluginname-fr_FR but for a reason that i dont now it must be wp-erp-rec-fr_FR.po and wp-erp-rec-fr_FR.mo

I do it, it work but partially, because i see the traduction in loco translate but not in front end.

Custom field: dont detect special charters

for this two problem, i contact support that says to mee to doo the next updated, but the new version just change the core and not fixed bugs of the addons plugin such as recruitement and custom field. Specially i don’t find the place of custum field in the new version !!

Can i have some help please.
