Leave Policy start date stuck on the same date

  Hi
  
  I am having issues while creating a leave policy (Annual Leave) since the start date stuck at 2018 even though I’ve already change it to 2019
  This is the problem
  
  localhost says
  “Date range must be within 01-04-2018 to 31-03-2019”
  
  I already change it to 2019 but it seems to stuck in 2018
  
  I also having issues with the leave policy since only one policy shown and I create two leave policies
  I use
  WP 5.1.1
  Xampp 7.2.16

  Please make sure the followings:
  – Your localhost date/year
  – Your site current date/yer
  – Make sure you have created the leave entitlement for the year 2019
  – Make sure you have assigned the leave entitlement to the Employees
