Gravity Forms Integration

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing this problem.

Some possible reasons are as follows:
-> I guess you didn’t buy main plugin “Gravity Form”
This kind of message is shown on the settings tab if gravity integration add-on doesn’t get linked with “Gravity Form” plugin.
-> If you’ve bought the plugin then you may have forgotten to active the plugin.

Please do check the following and let me know if the problem is fixed or not.

Hi, I know this is an old topic but I’m experiencing the same issue. Was this ever resolved?

Gravity Forms is purchased and activated. I have forms setup. No errors display in WP-Debug. I have multisite installed but neither plugin is network activated.

Any help would be appreciated.

ETA: Both plugins are the most recent versions.

WP ERP is not multisite compatible yet. Please try it on a single site installation and hope you’ll get it resolved.

Thanks, I didn’t realize WPERP wasn’t multisite compatible. I’ve been using it for over a year now with no problems. I’m guessing the issue has more to do with the GForms plugin than the core ERP system. In any case, I’ll have to switch for now. Do you know if weForms integrates with WPERP?

Hi Shawon. I just tested the Gravity Forms – WP ERP integration on a standard (non-multisite) install and I still receive “No supported contact form plugin is currently active. WP ERP has built-in support for Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms.”

It’s a clean install and the only plugins installed are the latest versions WP ERP, Gravity Forms, and the WP ERP-Gravity integration.

Any ideas?

This is really strange, dear. Maybe, something went wrong in your settings.
I just tested with ERP v1.2.5 and GravityForms 2.2.5 and it’s OK for me.
Contact us at “www.wperp.com/contact” with login credentials so that I can perform a test on your site and sort it out.
