I have just purchased the document extension but it will not allow any folder or upload creation. I see the document tab on Employee and Contact but not in the side menu for either CRM or HR. I use WordPress Multi site. Tried the install on one site did not work. Tried it on network still did not work.

I have tried to reproduce the issue you are facing but didn’t face the issues that you have mentioned. Possible cause might be because you are having an internal conflict.
