This forum doesn’t allow screenshot attachment..
What is the difference between the WOOCOMMERCE/Products form and the ACCOUNTING/Inventory/Product .. both allow you to create a product BUT the ACCOUNTING one will not be visible on the store front. -

@erlee,
You are right. If you want to use WooCommerce to manage your selling then you have to add products in WooCommerce/products. But if you want to track your selling via Accounting module then you have to add products by using Inventory extension. And this process will be handled from the backend.Thanks 🙂

So the WooCommerce\Products is different from the Accounting-Module’s Products…
but, what i don’t understand is – when you put an order thru the WooCommerce StoreFront – the item’s sales/invoiced sales-value ended up as a ‘Revenue’ in the Accounting Module.[1]Which means the WooCommerce\Product is connected to the Accounting Module in some way??
>>But if you want to track your selling via Accounting module then you have to add products by using Inventory extension. And this process will be handled from the backend.<<
[2]Is there a storefront-page for the Inventory added from the Accounting Module?
thank you.

First of all, I need to know one thing. Are you trying the whole things in our wperp demo or on your own site? Please let me know that.
And there is not storefront-page for the Inventory added from the A/C module right now.Thank you 🙂

@erlee,
As I guessed! It’s happening due to our “WooCommerce Integration” extension.
Using this amazing extension, you will be able to view all the orders and transaction done by WooCommerce from your CRM and Accounting module. Besides that, this integration automatically exports newly registered customers to the CRM contact list and Accounting customer list.Thanks 🙂

I noted the following “discrepancy” (?) with the WooCommerce Integration extension
(1) You cannot raise an order on the ACCOUNTING module. Is there a menu item to click to raise an order?
(2) You can create a new INVENTORY item.. but these items will not be visible in WooCommerce.
(3) You can create Customers in ACCOUNTING but they will not be available/visible in WooCommerce
Would it be right to say – the integration between WPERP & WooCommerce is only via the Accounting Sales Invoice only?

This page will clear you about the features of “WooCommerce Integration” extension: https://wperp.com/downloads/woocommerce/
And Inventory extension has no relation with WooCommerce. This product details page will make you clear: https://wperp.com/downloads/inventory/
Thank you very much 🙂

Hello,
Let’s say I want to manage all sales using WP ERP, so I register the products in inventory, but it does not appear in the woocommerce store, how can I do it?
Regards,

In that case, you will need an integration between WooCommerce and Inventory extension.
As this integration is not available at this moment, you may need to either customize WooCommerce Integration extension or develop a custom plugin.Thanks 🙂
