I bought the Attendance plugin in hope that this could replace our 20 year old solution but after trying it out, I find that it is a lot more limited that our current solution.
Please see the picture below of the single employee overview from our old system. (It is in danish so I have added translations)
As you can see it is possible to set in breaks that should be deducted for each day and accumulate total time that the employee have worked less or more than required. This is very nice both for the company and the employee. At our business we are very flexible with the working hours and in this way the employee have an overview of the work time which make it easier to plan the so that everything will fit in the end.
As a site note i find the Shift management very time consuming in practice. It would be nice with an option to just set one week of shifts one time for each employee and then these are the ones which is applied for the entire year.
Also with regards to holidays maybe it could be possible to choose if the holiday is a paid holiday or not?
All in all I feel that compared to other system (which is very very old and not supported anymore) this is very limited. We basically bought WP ERP to get this Attendance plugin.
I sincerely hope that you will take this into consideration and develop this plugin further.
