Display only employee contacts

  I would like to know how I can prevent another employee from seeing the contacts or companies of a proprietary employee.
  
  For example: Jack has several companies, but Jenny when she accesses can see Jack’s companies, is there any way that Jenny can not see them?

  Actually, one employee can see basic pieces of information of another employee. Right now, only name, email, department, designation and phone no.
  Could you be more specific so I may help? Providing screenshot will be helpful.
